She is survived by: her father Martin Appleton; her spouse Ronda Cacy; her children, Kaitlyn Appleton and Blake Huffman (Madelyn); her grandchildren, Rylan and Saylor; her sisters, Paula Inskeep, Jennifer Gonzales and Angela Appleton; and her niece Bre.
