She is survived by: her sons, Dameion Cortez (Michelle) of Findlay and Lucus Cortez (Adrienne) of Toledo; her siblings, James Burk of Hammansburg, Michael Burk of Toledo, Diane Alverez (Jesse) of Bradner and Becky Buchanan (Curt) of Hammansburg; and her grandchildren, Maxwell, Simona, Drake, Adrienne, Aiden and Mason.
