She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Stemen and Verlyn Stemen (Colburn); her husband William Harrison Combs, Jr.; her brothers, Fred and Clifford "Jake" Stemen; and her grandson Nickolas Stahl.
She is survived by: her children, Bill Combs (Tina) of North Baltimore, Kim Combs of North Baltimore, Karen Combs of North Baltimore and Sheri Dimond (Rich) of Hammansburg; her siblings, Donald Stemen of North Baltimore, Charles Stemen (Annetta) of Bowling Green, Kenneth Stemen (Betty) of Cygnet, Doug Stemen (Sue) of Findlay, Connie Benedict of Deshler, Patricia Rutter of Deshler, Sue Agner (Glenn) of McComb and Rose Isenberg of North Baltimore; and her grandchildren, Rachel Ankney, Wesley Wittenmyer (Ashley), Rick Morris, Richie Dimond (Ashley) and Jodi Dlugleski (Tony). She is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren.
