He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell D. Mauk and Helen Mauk (Weirough); his granddaughter Rachael Mauk Stimmel; his brother John Franklin Mauk; and his stepsister Genevieve Yane.
He is survived by: his spouse D. Gwenn Hyslop; his children, Brenda DeVore of North Baltimore, Bradley Mauk of Las Vegas, NV and Brian Mauk (Paula) of Oregon, OH; his brother Wayne Mauk (Karen) of Toledo; his stepsister Harriet Jerome of Chardon, OH; and his grandchildren, Katelyn DeVore, Allison Crawford (Dustin), Matthew DeVore, Nicholas DeVore, Kyle Franklin Mauk, Diesel and Sasha.
