He is survived by: his wife Kim Milligan; his daughter April Cruz (Erik) of Fort Myers, Florida; his grandchildren, Elijah and Zoe; his siblings, Ralph E. Holbrook (Diane) of Austintown, Tim A. Holbrook (Katrina) of Niles and Carol Rossi of Boardman; and his sister-in-law Desiree Holbrook of Niles.
