He was predeceased by: his parents, James R. Arbogast and Clara L. Baty Arbogast. He is survived by: his wife Mary Arbogast; and his children, Kristi Cox, Amanda Cox and Timothy Ray Arbogast Jr.. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren.
