She was predeceased by: her father George Cushing. She is survived by: her mother Carol Butcher (Lutz); her husband Gary J. Kaszowski of Niles; her daughter Carolyn Conard (Ronald Jr.) of Palmyra, PA; her stepfather Chuck Butcher of Leavittsburgh, OH; her siblings, Sean Butcher (Maria) of Leavittsburgh, Scott Butcher of Leavittsburgh, Brian Butcher (Sarah) of Leavittsburgh, Christy Butcher of Leavittsburgh and Nicole Butcher of Leavittsburgh; and her grandchildren, Jayden Conard and Alexis Kaszowski. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
