He is survived by: his mother Joyce Groves Clay Sr. (Dale) of McDonald; his daughters, Dayva Clay of Niles and Jasmine Adams of Bebee; his stepdaughter Laikyn Reese of Warren; his brother Brian Clay (Debbie Hilty) of Niles; his stepbrother Dale Prunchak of Cleveland; his sisters, Lynn Ann Lewis of McDonald, Kathy Clark of McDonald, Gretchen Hanshaw (Robert) of Niles and Courtney Mallory (Tim) of Niles; his fiancée Lori Reese of Warren; and his stepmother Kay Clay of Niles. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that material contributions be made to the funeral home to defray funeral expenses.
