Sandra Ray Estes Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Sandra Ray Estes (Niles, Ohio), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 10, 2025 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Sandra may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Sandra touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Shirley William and Zola B. Estes (Tomlin); and her husbands, Jerry Utley and John Upchurch Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Lonnie Mostoller (Jeff) of Cortland and Connie (Peter); and her sister Lora Gromley of Niles. She is also survived by ten grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Holeton-Yuhasz Funeral Home (126 W Park Ave, Niles, OH 44446). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
