Hafely (Niles, Ohio), born in Youngstown, Ohio, who passed away on August 26, 2022, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Hafely and Ann Nicholas Hafely; and his siblings, Sandra, Joann Hafely and Butch Hafely.
He is survived by: his wife Diane Hafely; his daughter Jennifer Bundy (Rich); his grandson Patrick; and his siblings, Jeri Squiric (Ron), Barbara Weaver, Gary Hafely (Mickey) and Jeff Hafely. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family.
