Anthony of Youngstown; his sister Deborah (Richard Mattes); his nieces and nephews, William Turner, Susan Turner, Michael Turner, Kyle Anthony, Morgan Anthony and Sarah Anthony; and his close friends, Sandy Amy and Pam Woolensack.
