It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Lee Palmer II (Niles, Ohio), who passed away on February 16, 2025, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Richard Lee Palmer. He is survived by: his mother Marylou Palmer (Hammers); his wife Deborah Palmer (Cunningham); his children, Mellissa Mcallister (Daniel), Richard Palmer III, James Stinemire, Samuel Stinemire, Shane Palmer (Ashley Stein), Lisa Barrois (Rocky) and Daniel Stinemire (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Alivia, Lucian, Daisy, Jasper, Ian and Anna; and his siblings, Jeff Palmer (Angela) and Kelly Smith (Will). He is also survived by three nieces and two nephews; as well as a large extended family and many close friends.
