He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Westfall and Bonnie Westfall (Carrasco). He is survived by: his children, Cadence and Kayley Westfall; the parent of his children Jackie Westfall; his siblings, Pamela Siembieda (James), Lynda Westfall, Michael Westfall (Joane) and James Westfall; and his nieces and nephews, Richie, Peyton, Jonathan, Shae and Rachel.

In lieu of flowers the family suggest memorial contributions be made to American Cancer Society or American Heart Association in Randall's memory.
