He is survived by: his children, Lisa Ball (Douglas), Chad Johnson (Melissa) and Craig Johnson (Allison); his grandchildren, Jennifer, Douglas Jr., Caleb, Scott and Emily; and his great grandchildren, Ryan, Jillian, Sierra, Jaycen and Mason.
