He was predeceased by: his parents, Wray T. Caraway and Betty K. Bosley; and his siblings, Wray Caraway, Robert Caraway, Kay Platt and Carol Ewing.
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Musmanno Caraway; his sons, Christopher Caraway (Kelli) of Mineral Ridge and Patrick A. Caraway of Niles; his grandchildren, Reese and Evan Caraway; his siblings, Kathy Ifft of Boardman and John Marchese (Josephine); and his brother-in-law Tony Musmanno. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
