He was predeceased by: his brother Micheal T. Campbell. He is survived by: his mother Emily; his wife Michele; his sister-in-law Dawn; his siblings, Tena Kuhl (Raymie) and Shawn Kuhl (Stacey); and his pets, Gracie and We We. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
