He is survived by: his spouse Martie Collins (Fellows); his children, Mike Collins of Niles, Amanda Glunt (Chris) of Mineral Ridge and Sam Collins of Warren, Ohio.; his grandchildren, Krista Collins, Briana Glunt, LeAnn Thibeault, Noah Collins, Michael Collins and Christopher Glunt; and his great grandchild Bryson Collins.
