She was predeceased by: her parents, Steve Slavkosky and Helen Krajnak Slavkosky; and her siblings, Stephen, Raymond, John, Frank, Joann and Margaret.
She is survived by: her husband William Luzar Sr.; her children, Karen Horbay (Mark) of Chardon and William Luzar Jr. of Huntsburg, OH; her grandson Kevin Luzar; her stepgrandson Frank Horbay (Sarah); and her great grandchildren, Gavin and Raegan.
In lieu of flowers, Mary Lou's family suggests memorial contributions be made to Patriot Hospice 986 Tibbetts Wick Rd, Girard, Ohio 44420.
