Holbrook Sr., Christopher Holbrook and Heaven Lee Holbrook; her great grandchildren, Brooke, Hannah Zucco, Tyler, Tristan, Emma Holbrook, Nathan Williams, Jaxon Holbrook and Thomas J. Holbrook Jr.; her sister Shirley Padilla of Murfreesboro, Tennessee; her brother-in-law James P. Zucco of Niles; her husband Thomas Henery Holbrook; her children, Carol Jean Madsen, Mary Alice Zucco and Henery Thomas Holbrook; her granddaughter-in-law Amy Zucco; and her siblings, Doris Butler, Hazel M. Evans, Junior, Bill, Charles and Jimmy Stephens.
