He was predeceased by: his parents, Bland Frame and Genevieve Davis Frame; and his wife Linda Ashworth Frame. He is survived by: his daughter Grindl Frame (Marvin J. Frame Jr.) of Niles; his siblings, Grace and Jim Williams; his grandchildren, Nicole, Brenda and Kiersten; and his great grandchild Kelton.
