He was predeceased by: his parents, Mark W. Owens and Gail Owens (Drummond). He is survived by: his wife Tammy Owens of Niles, OH; his sons, Ryan M. Owens of Girard, OH and Nick J. Owens of Youngstown, OH; his siblings, Kim Bright, Vicki Owens and Dennis Owens (Pam); his grandson Blake Mitchell; and his godson Mason Bufano.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the North Mar Church (3855 E Market St, Warren, OH 44484). A funeral service was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
