She was predeceased by: her parents, Sherman Kuhn and Margaret Eleanor Kuhn (Greathouse); and her siblings, Betty Hodge, Nancy Snyder, Rosie Kuhn, Fred Kuhn, Virgil Kuhn, Raymond Kuhn, Sam Kuhn, Jack Kuhn and Clyde "Jake" Kuhn.
She is survived by: her husband Glen Creech; her son Lillard Madden Jr. of Dalton, Georgia; her adoptive daughters, Lourie Creech of McDonald, Trinitie Creech of McDonald and Hope Creech of McDonald; and her granddaughter Megan Madden. She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
