Margaret Ellen Clay Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Margaret Ellen Clay (Niles, Ohio), who passed away on September 6, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Phillips and Audrey Phillips (Bradfield); her husband George Thomas Clay Jr.; her grandchildren, Bronson Poarch and Kirsten Margaret Hedberg; her son-in-law Randy Poarch; and her siblings, Myrtle Joseph, Gladys Allen, Eugenia Goss, Arthur Phillips, Ralph Phillips, Raymond Phillips, Charles Phillips and Donald Phillips.
She is survived by: her children, Pamela Hedberg (Daniel) of Perth Amboy, Patricia Poarch of Lubbock, Texas, Glenn Clay of Warren and Russell Clay (Joyce) of Niles; her grandchildren, Stephen Hedberg (Ann) of Rumson, Joshua Hedberg (Nathalie) of Fort Belvoir, Virginia, Rachel Ries (Tim) of Ocean Grove, Randi Alexandra Poarch of Lubbock, Thomas Clay (Amanda), Tricia Clay (Jeremy) and Erin Clay; her great grandchildren, Makayla Hedberg, Haley Ries, Morgan Ries, Hannah Hedberg, Audrey Hedberg, Emma Hedberg, Chloe Hedberg, Audrina Malone, Emelia Malone, Isabelle Malone and Blaire Clay; and her sisters, Marjorie King (Doug) and Barbara McCarthy (Dan). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
