She was predeceased by: her parents, Harrison Creech and Amy G. Creech (Wagoner); and her siblings, Olive M. Cline, Bonnie Wilson, Aline Tackett, John Creech, Dennie Creech and Jackie Creech.
She is survived by: her husband Louie E. Oakley; her daughter Amy Jane Oakley of Avon Lake; and her siblings, JoAnn Gregory (Glen) of Niles, Carolyn Smith (Robert) of Boardman and Glen Creech (Goldie) of McDonald. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
