He was predeceased by: his father Richard "Skip" Hart. He is survived by: his mother Mildred "Millie" Stone (Mark); and his siblings, Bryan Hart of Niles, Ricky Hart of Warren and Kim Olson of Oklahoma.

In lieu of flowers, the family has asked for monetary contributions to help defray funeral expenses.
