He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Evans and Eleanor Clark Evans. He is survived by: his siblings, David Evans (Karen), Timothy Evans (Brenda), Robert Evans (Michelle), Keith Evans, Dana Phillips (Gary), Carol Simini, Rita Evans (Elton), Randi Green (Gary) and Darla Evans.
