He was predeceased by: his parents, Mike Soltis and Mary Soltis (Philips); his wife Beth Hall; and his siblings, Mildred, John, Andy, Mike, MaryAnn, Irene, Helen, Pete, Rich and Stephen.

He is survived by: his stepchildren, Elizabeth Carol Prokop (David) and Joe Soltis (Michele); and his stepgrandchildren, Rachael and Daniel Prokop.
