He was predeceased by: his parents, John L. White and Wilma Grace White (McCutcheon); and his daughter Leslie Joann White. He is survived by: his wife Paulette Marie White (Michalovic); his sons, Brian M. White (Cheryl) of Puyallup and Wash (Gregory S. White); his grandchildren, Adam White, Ruth Ann White, Garrett White, Sydney White, Cameran White, Cayce White and Chloe White; and his siblings, Kay E. Madigan of Niles, Roger White of Maine and Roy White (Debbie) of Niles.
