It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James R. Sygar (Niles, Ohio), born in Warren, Ohio, who passed away on May 4, 2024, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Sygar and Virginia Sygar (Madusjeski); his brother William Sygar; and his brother-in-law Ronald J. Nolder. He is survived by: his sons, Michael T. Sygar (JoAnn Bolte) and Marc Sygar (Rachel McGrath); his grandchildren, Oscar Sygar of Portland, Oregon and Ruby Sygar of Portland, Oregon; and his siblings, Richard Sygar (Janet) of Manhattan, Vince Sygar of Renando Beach, Robert Sygar (Sheila) of Bowie, Daniel Sygar (Colleen) of Northville, Michigan and Sally Ann Nolder of The Villages. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
