He was predeceased by: his parents, William Guthrie, and Betty Margaret Guthrie, Sr. (Burkhart); and his brother William Guthrie, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Debra Soles; his children, Pam Guthrie, Michael Guthrie of Youngstown and Matthew Guthrie; his grandchildren, Brooke, Michael, Nevaeh, Sydnee, John, Lily, Dominic, William, Jackson, Gabriella and Andrew; his great grandchildren, Olivia and Piper; and his sister Donna Lee Donnell of Mountain Home, ID.
