She was predeceased by: her parents, John Barlow and Mildred Barlow (Carlson); her husband William M. Penick; her son Mark D. Penick; and her siblings, Elvira Lipps, Gladys Hopkins, Alvin and James Barlow.
She is survived by: her son Brian Penick (Marjorie) of Niles; her grandchildren, Nicole Penick of Viroqua, Christine Pilato (Frank) of Uniontown, Kayla Mounce (David) of Mt. Pleasant and Brian J. Penick (Rachel) of Warren; her great grandchildren, Cosmo, Wayne, Aeydin, Shea, Collin, Giada, Guillana, Giacomo and Oliver; and her great great grandchild James.
