He was predeceased by: his parents, Blair D. McGinnis and Connie D. Sneath Reed. He is survived by: his brother-in-law John Fabijance; his siblings, Carolyn Whary (Perry Echelberry) of New Philadelphia, Marty McGinnis of Huntingdon, Cathy Perrin of Alexandria and Cindy Fabijance (John) of Niles Ohio; and his nieces and nephews, Kristi McGinnis, David Perrin Jr., Glenn Moore, Jennifer Perrin, Billy McGinnis, Christopher Whary (Candice Byrd), Dustin Perrin (Elisabeth) and Joshua Fabijance (Margaret). He is also survived by several great-nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
