"Frank" Petak, Jr. (Gladys James) of Niles, Melanie Petak (Dennis Wareham) of Austintown, Maribeth Petrilli of Niles and Bradley Petak of Niles; his grandchildren, Ethan "Big E" Petak, Jacob "Jakey" Petak, Cameron "Cammy" Petak and Larissa "Rissi" Petak; his siblings, Teri Scofield (Brad) of Liberty Lake, Wash., George A. "Sonny" Petak (Nancy) of Colorado Springs, Colo and Dan Petak (Debbie) of Louisville; and his pets, Charlie, Roger and Cooper.
