He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold E. Ramsey and Anna Ree Ramsey (Morgan); and his brothers-in-law, Grant Walters and George Neff. He is survived by: his wife Susan E. Walters Ramsey; his daughter Lori Ramsey of Niles; his sister Linda Roberts (Jimmy) of Nashville, Tennessee; and his brother-in-law Mike Walters (Kathy) of Niles. He is also survived by nephew and three nieces.
