She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence E. Hawk and Edith M. Hawk (Thomas); her husband Louis D. "Punchy" Febinger Sr.; and her siblings, Vernon Hawk, Jim Hawk, Elmer Hawk, Thelma Dukish, Mary Springer and Pauline Flynn.
She is survived by: her daughter Arlene Fyock of Niles; her grandchildren, Mathew Fyock of Niles, Margie Styers of Niles, Brandon Fyock of Ashtabula and Michelle Fyock of Ashtabula; her sisters, Minnie Gowatski (Henry) of Smithton, Helen Pirl of Rockwood and Linda King of Somerset, Pennsylvania; and her children, Debbie James and Louis D. Febinger Jr.. She is also survived by numerous other grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
