He was predeceased by: his grandfather Richard Sherk. He is survived by: his parents, Amy Cuthbert (Sherk) and David Puz (Heather); his grandparents, Ginny, Dick Puz, Gail Sherk-Godfrey, Greg and Cindy Burk; his siblings, Anastasia Puz (Nick Thomas), Jamie Case, Matthew Lester (Jamie), John Lester Jr. and Jeffery Birkmire (Jenna); and his nieces and nephews, Trae, Dorrian, Jonathan, TreSigh, Daniel, Rylee, Maiya, Rowan, Lila, Blake and Cole.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to help defray the funeral costs.
