She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles McCoy and Marie Abbott; her husband Ralph Chipps Sr.; and her brother Vernon Estes. She is survived by: her children, Ronnie Chipps of Newton Township, Wanda Eileen Novotny of Newton Township and Ralph Chipps Jr. of Newton Township; and her sister Marlene Madden (Ed) of Niles.
