She was predeceased by: her parents, Sherman Campbell and Virginia Campbell (Cline) of Mineral Ridge; her husband James Scaggs; and her siblings, Janet Pitts, Jim and Sherman Campbell.
She is survived by: her children, Susan Villecco (Brian) of Avon Lake and James Scaggs of Warren; her sisters, Karen Evans of Mineral Ridge, Peggy Williams of Mineral Ridge and Cheryl Campbell of Niles; and her grandchildren, Jesse Villecco of Niles, Gracie of Mineral Ridge and Harmony Scaggs of Mineral Ridge.
