He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Edward and Edith Ella Wissinger (Neely); his great grandchild Evan Russell Knapp; and his siblings, Betty Laughery, William F. Wissinger, Martha McCutcheon, Robert H. Wissinger and Donald E. Wissinger.
He is survived by: his wife Agnes Jean Wissinger (Shaffer); his children, David Wissinger (Bobbie Ann) of Colorado Springs, Colorado, Denise Beatty of Niles, Debra Fife of Niles and Deanna Schubert (Tim) of Vienna; and his grandchildren, Jamilynn Wissinger, TJ Wissinger, Justiellen Wissinger, Greg Wissinger, Joshua Knapp, Justin Beatty, Deena Lynn Fife, Danielle Hoffman, Gina Rohland, Alyssa Rohland, Max Schubert and Katarina Schubert. He is also survived by 28 great grandchildren.
