He was predeceased by: his parents, Jess Soda and Mary Soda (Dara); and his siblings, Joe Soda Sr. and Susan M. Junkins. He is survived by: his wife Janet Soda (Stavana); his sons, Jonathan Soda (Emily) of Gilroy and Jesse Soda of Denver, Colorado; his grandson Levi Soda of Gilroy, California; his siblings, Jessica Pegg of Niles and Steve Soda of Niles; his parents-in-law, William and Lois Stavana of Cortland; his sisters-in-law, Deb Thoren of Austintown and Denise Cera (Joe) of Niles; and his pets, Star, Zoey and Kirby. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Holeton-Yuhasz Funeral Home (126 W Park Ave, Niles, OH 44446).
