He was predeceased by: his parents, Nick D'Agati and Nancy DeLuca D'Agati. He is survived by: his children, Nick D'Agati (Candice) and Mary Sprague (Richie) of Niles; his grandchildren, Kaylee Adkins, Katerina D'Agati, Logan Adkins, Korbyn D'Agati, Carolyn D'Agati, Kole D'Agati, Addi Sprague, McKenna Sprague and Keeley Sprague; his wife Katheryn D'Agati; and his cousins, Donny Andres and Sam DeLuca.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 29th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the William Nicholas Funeral Home & Cremation Services (614 Warren Ave, Niles, OH 44446). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, October 29th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
