He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil John Frederick and Dorothy Helmes Frederick. He is survived by: his wife Beatrice Perry Frederick; and his children, Christine Smith (Steven), Adam Frederick, Jr. (Nanci) and Phillip Frederick. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, and nine great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 9th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Niles First Baptist Church (26 E Church St, Niles, OH 44446). A memorial service was held on Monday, December 9th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
