He was predeceased by: his parents, Olen Hart and Doris Hart (Crawfoot); and his brothers, Robert and Doug Hart. He is survived by: his wife Susan Baxter; his daughters, Kathy Kennedy (Mike) of Ney, Laura Wallen (Dan) of Defiance and Tanya Schaadt (Henry) of Perrysburg; his grandchildren, Matthew Wallen, Krystyn Wachtman (Jake), Alexis Wallen (Dominic Johnson), Breanna, Louis Schaadt, Tegan and Kaden Kennedy; his great grandchild Anna Wachtman; his sister Carol Ehlinger (John) of Defiance; and his pets, Poppy and Willow. He is also survived by his family and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Schaffer Funeral Home (529 Jefferson Ave, Defiance, OH 43512). A memorial service will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials are suggested to Huber Opera House in Hicksville, Ohio.
