With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Tressler (Ney, Ohio), born in Montpelier, Ohio, who passed away on October 6, 2019 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence M. Tressler and Grace E. Tressler (Moore); his wife Marion Sue Ferguson; his grandson Shane Tressler; and his siblings, Leonard, Melvin, Junior, Russell Tressler, Ruth Stallhood and Lulu Belle Herr.
He is survived by: his children, Terry Tressler (Cindy) of Ney, Jerry Tressler (Karen) of Sherwood, Rick Tressler (Carol) of Defiance, Donald Tressler (Susie) of Defiance, Ronald Tressler (Vicki) of Grover Hill, Randy Tressler (Brook) of Paulding, Helen Johnson (John) of Bryan and Sharon Sproles (Tom) of Ney; and his siblings, Frank Tressler of Defiance, Larry Tressler (Diane) of Ney and Rebecca Kiess of Woodbine, Georgia.. He is also survived by 26 grandchildren, 42 great-grandchildren and three great great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that those planning an expression of sympathy to consider memorial contributions be made to the family.
