He was predeceased by: his mother Cheryl A. Stiltner (Shafer); his grandparents, Ray and Patricia Harding Jr.; his great-grandparents, Ruby Yates and Grace Shafer; and his cousin Daniel Riter.
He is survived by: his father Monty D. Stiltner (Cheryl) of Ney; his sister Chelsea Birr (Justin) of Sherwood; his nephew Owen Birr; his nieces, Aria Birr and Emma Birr; his grandfathers, Gary Cooper (Pearl) of Bryan and Curtis Shafer of Gallipolis, Ohio; and his aunts and uncles, Regina Harding (Rick Bany) of Montpelier, Roberta Ruffer (Dan Stiltner) of Bryan, Pamela Zipfel (Mark) of Defiance, Vernon Gibson (Katie) of Louisville and Doug Stiltner (Edie) of Bryan.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, social distancing will be observed and you will be asked to wear a facial covering or mask when in the funeral home.
