He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene F. Kolb and Genevieve M. Kolb (Wonderly); and his brother Tim Kolb. He is survived by: his siblings, Ron Kolb (Linda) of Ney, Mary Oberlin (Stan) of Bryan, Patricia Gilfoil of Defiance, Terry Kolb (Deborah) of Bryan, Lester Kolb (Leticia) of Sherwood, Steve Kolb (Salli) of Ney and Bob Kolb (Chris) of Ney. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
The family has requested that those planning an expression of sympathy are asked to consider memorial contributions be made to Community Health Professionals Hospice.
