He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold W. Retcher and Virginia J. Retcher (Cramer). He is survived by: his wife Alice Faye McKelvey; his children, Errick Retcher (Anne) of Ney, Sheila McGill (Matt) of Bryan and Mathew Retcher (Candi) of Ney; his grandchildren, Ethan Retcher, Marissa Retcher, Rhett McGill, Hoyt McGill, Chyanne Retcher and Brody Retcher; and his siblings, Bill Retcher of Coldwater and Joan E. Retcher of Ney.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that those planning an expression of sympathy to consider memorial contributions be made to the Washington Township Cemetery Fund, Defiance County Senior Fair Board, or to the charity of the donor's choice.
