He is survived by: his wife Rose Mack (Seibert); his children, Susie Sheldon (Rick) of Hastings, FL, Holly Mack-Martin of Tupelo, MS and Jason Mack; his stepchildren, Rick Bauer (Erica) of Ney, OH., Anne Retcher (Errick) of Ney, OH., Scott Bauer (Sheena) of Ney, OH. and Susan Sheets (Justin) of Ney, OH.; and his siblings, Diana Ward, Pam Sierra (Lalo), Connie Dotson and Chris Mack. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 11 step-grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren.
