He was predeceased by: his parents, Isaac Relyea and Agusta Relyea (Lambert); his sister Lola Marie Relyea; and his siblings-in-law, Clyde Ledbetter and Judy Relyea.
He is survived by: his siblings, Melvin Relyea of Ney, Ohio and Annabell Ledbetter of Defiance, Ohio; and his close friend Joyce Thompson of Hicksville, Ohio..
