She is survived by: her husband Donald William Sipka; her daughter Donna Dunn of Mesa, AZ; her brother Fred Howard; and her sisters-in-law, Helen of Newton Falls and Rosie Howard of Newton Falls. She is also survived by her 2 grandchildren; her 5 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
